TRADE Program

Tackling Recidivism And Developing Employability
TRADE is a community re-entry program, supports individuals when they come out of state correctional facilities through the first eighteen months after their release.

TRADE is funded by the Nebraska Department of Corrections. It is free to participants.

If you’re in the TRADE program, you can learn new work skills like warehouse operations, forklift training, computer skills, construction, and welding. TRADE is all about helping you find employment and getting reestablished in the community.

TRADE participants qualify for a Center ID Card and can use it to access food and other household resources for additional support in becoming financially stable.

A TRADE participant learns to weld and is soon employed at Kawasaki!

Please contact Matt Hill, (402) 476-4357 or email mhill@cfpin.org to find out more about the TRADE program.
